Volunteer

Be Part of the Excitement!

Have you always wanted to be a part of the celebration? Do you want to give back to the UBC students and community? Now is your chance!

Each year, over 200 UBC faculty, staff, emeriti, and students from every corner of the campus volunteer during congregation. We invite you to take part in UBC’s rich history of service to the graduating class and their families and guests.

Volunteers are essential to help welcome and lead participants, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for graduates, faculty, and guests. If you are interested in taking part in this enriching experience, please take a moment to complete the volunteer registration form.

The Protocol, Ceremonies and Events team will take all volunteer applications, assess needs, and confirm volunteer shifts closer to the date.
