Spring 2025 Vancouver Campus Graduation ceremonies will take place from May 21-23, 2025 and May 26-29, 2025. All ceremonies will take place at The Chan Centre for Performing Arts, 6265 Crescent Road, UBC Vancouver, BC V6T 1Z1.

Parking at UBC
The closest parkades to The Chan Centre are the Rose Garden Parkade, North Parkade and Fraser River Parkade.
Save time and avoid lineups by purchasing parking for the Rose Garden Parkade up to 14 days in advance. Parking costs $10 and can be obtained through the Honk mobile App Zone ID 5616.
Special Needs Access at Chan Centre
The Chan Centre is fully accessible to people with disabilities.
When approaching the Chan Centre entrance from the top of the stairwell, please note that there is an elevator located near the Flag Pole Plaza, south-west of the main doors to the Chan Centre. Take the elevator to Level 5 of the Parkade to access the Chan Centre. Accessible parking is available on Level 5 of the Rose Garden Parkade.
F.M. Hearing System headsets are also available free of charge for the hearing impaired. For further details or to make special arrangements for your guests, please contact us via email at chan.tickets@ubc.ca.
The UBC Accessibility Shuttle is a free, shared ride service for people with conditions that impact their mobility. If graduates and guests have mobility issues getting to/from Lee Square / Robert H. Lee Alumni Centre, and the Chan Centre / Flag Pole Plaza, the UBC Accessibility Shuttles will be running between the two locations. To book the shuttle, please call 604-822-9929. Once you arrive
Family & guests should go directly to The Chan Centre. Doors open 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony. We ask guests to be seated within 10 minutes of the start. Once the ceremony commences, any unclaimed seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

After the ceremony
Following your graduation ceremony, the festivities continue at the Flag Pole Plaza and graduates and their guests are invited to join alumni UBC for the graduation welcome reception at the Robert H. Lee Alumni Centre.
The world-renowned Nitobe Memorial Garden and Museum of Anthropology are minutes away from The Chan Centre and Flagpole Plaza. Spend the afternoon exploring the highlights of UBC.

If you’re unable to attend in person, you can watch your graduate cross the stage live or after the event. The live webcast will commence 15 minutes prior to each scheduled ceremony.
